Warranty Policy
- Warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product.
- Unigen reserves the rights to refuse warranty services, without a valid Proof of Purchase.
- Warranty is non-transferrable. Warranty shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy and neither Unigen nor its service centers shall be liable for incidental or consequential damage or breach of any expressed or implied warranty of this product.
- Services offered under the terms of warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
- Warranty cover will be void, if and when unauthorised service has been attempted by the user or any unauthorised service centre/person.
- Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will go through the condition of the product and will provide the best possible resolution to you within 5 workings days.
- Unigen may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and/or components when servicing a defective product under warranty.
THE MANUFACTURING WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products not approved by Unigen.
- Damage caused by repair work performed by the end user or any unauthorized repair center/person.
- Product Packaging that have the serial number, identification label or safety label been removed, defaced or altered.
- Any software programs, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
- The Limited Warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product.

- Unigen products comes with 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
- Once we receive the product, our Q.C. team will go through the condition of the product and will provide the best possible resolution to you within 3-5 workings days.
- Unigen may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and/or components when servicing a defective product under warranty.
- In case the delivery destination pincode is not-serviceable by our logistics partner, shipping charges must be handled by the buyer.
WARRANTY CLAIM:
1. Mail us at support@unigenlifestyle.com with details of problem been faced.
2. After getting response of mail, ship the product to the given address with proof of purchase.

DAMAGE
This warranty does not cover any physical and /or electrical damage resulting from, but not limited to:
- Accident/neglect
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Malicious destruction
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Acts of nature
- The temporary or permanent affixing of any items supplied or not supplied by the manufacturer with an adhesive, fastener or the like.
- Overcharging, use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Any physical defect or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment caused not furnished or approved by the manufacturer.
The Unigen customer service team shall reserve the right to final decision for all potential warranty claims for service or same color preference (depending upon stock availability).
