Is the wireless charging pad case friendly?

Yes, our wireless range works fine with most phone cases. If the case is heavy-duty, made of metal, or doubles as a wallet, charging may not properly function, and the case would need to be removed.

Will this charge an Apple Watch?

We can kindly confirm that our Magnetic Charger is mainly for wireless-compatible phones & Airpods not compatible with the Apple Watch. It will only charge devices that support Qi Charging Protocol, which Apple Watches, unfortunately, do not support.

Why is my iPhone 11 getting hot when it is charging? is that normal?

We confirm It is normal for the charging pad and the phone to little get warm during use.
Wireless charging uses magnetic induction to charge and the "air" between the devices doesn’t conduct electricity anywhere near as well as a wire does. So, there is going to be some heat in the process.
